By accessing or using TempMails.cloud (“the Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use our service.

These Terms apply to all users worldwide and constitute the entire agreement between you and TempMails.cloud regarding your use of the Service.

2. Service Description

TempMails.cloud provides a free, disposable temporary email service that allows users to generate anonymous, short-lived email addresses for receiving emails without exposing their real address.

  • Email addresses are temporary and expire after 10 minutes
  • No registration or personal information is required
  • Incoming emails are displayed in a browser session and auto-deleted on expiry
  • The service is provided completely free of charge
  • OTP codes and verification links are automatically detected and highlighted
3. Permitted Use

You may use TempMails.cloud for the following legitimate purposes:

  • Protecting your real email from spam when signing up on websites
  • Receiving OTPs and verification emails for legitimate account creation
  • Testing email delivery systems and registration flows (for developers)
  • Accessing one-time content, downloads, or free trials
  • Any other lawful personal or professional use that does not violate these Terms

4. Prohibited Use

You expressly agree that you will NOT use TempMails.cloud to:

  • Send, receive, or facilitate unsolicited bulk email (spam)
  • Conduct phishing attacks, identity theft, or financial fraud
  • Abuse free trial systems or platform policies in bad faith
  • Distribute malware, ransomware, viruses, or malicious software
  • Harass, stalk, threaten, or harm any individual
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Circumvent security measures or gain unauthorised system access
  • Conduct automated scraping or systematic data collection from our service
  • Impersonate any person, company, or entity
  • Manipulate ratings, reviews, or voting systems via fake accounts

5. Service Availability

TempMails.cloud is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery of all emails, compatibility with all websites, or any specific uptime percentage.

We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, source code, graphics, logos, and branding associated with TempMails.cloud are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for its intended purpose only. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TempMails.cloud and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, messages, or access to accounts registered with temporary email addresses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the preceding 12 months (which is zero, as the Service is free).

8. Privacy

Your use of TempMails.cloud is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: we collect no personal information, store no user data, and track no users.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if we believe you are violating these Terms. Since the Service requires no account, termination means blocking access from your IP or device.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where the service operator is based. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
